2.2 When you make an enquiry, please provide accurate and up-to-date contact details so that we can respond to you.

2.3 Submitting an enquiry does not create any obligation on either side beyond us getting in touch with you to discuss arranging a consultation. It is not a booking, a contract for treatment, or a request for payment.

3.1 Following your enquiry, we will contact you (by phone, email, SMS, or WhatsApp — see Section 4) to arrange a free consultation, subject to availability.

3.2 Consultations are provided free of charge and do not commit you to going ahead with any treatment.

3.3 If you wish to reschedule or cancel a consultation, please let us know as soon as possible by phone or email so we can offer the slot to someone else.

3.4 We reserve the right to decline to offer a consultation, or subsequently to decline to offer treatment, at our discretion — including where a clinical assessment indicates that treatment would not be appropriate.

By submitting an enquiry form or by calling us, you consent to us contacting you by phone, email, SMS, or WhatsApp about your enquiry and any consultation you arrange with us.

You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, other than where we need to contact you about a consultation or appointment you have already arranged.

We try to keep the treatment information, pricing guides, and finance illustrations on our website accurate and up to date, but they are indicative only and may change. Your actual treatment plan, price, and any finance option will be confirmed to you in writing following a consultation, before you commit to anything.

This website does not process payments and does not allow you to book or pay for treatment. Any discussion of pricing, deposits, financing, treatment scheduling, medical consent, aftercare, or refunds takes place separately, in person or in writing, once you proceed beyond the free consultation stage — and will be covered by separate paperwork provided to you at that time.

When using our contact forms or calling us, you agree not to:

• submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• use our forms or phone lines to send spam, unsolicited advertising, or abusive content; or
• attempt to interfere with the operation or security of this website.

We may block or refuse to respond to enquiries that breach this section.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and the “PRECISION HAIR” branding — is owned by or licensed to Precision Hair Clinic and may not be copied or reused without our prior written consent.
